Namaaz Dining is known as Molecular Gastronomy, the first restaurant in Indonesia which provides 17 course dishes cooked with molecular gastronomy technique for around 2 – 3 hours. Namaaz Dining always serves their dish in unique theme in every season, where each season last for 6 – 8 months.
Namaaz Dining located in Jl. Gunawarman no.42, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. This restaurant accomodate only 28 seats every night. So you have to make a reservation first on their website.
Each dish will be served personally by the chef. The chef will explain the philosophy and ingredients of each dish and how to eat it.
Namaaz Dining is owned by the passion and curiosity chef, Adrian Ishak. Chef Adrian Ishak use scientific technique to produce both playful variations on traditional dishes and wacky new food pairing to create Namaaz Dining.
